If you gave me one word to describe our posting performance this week, I’d say, “Good.” If you gave me two words, I’d say, “Not good.” In response to Henrietta’s text to me this morning (“Looks like the wheels came fully off?”), I’ll say that the TND team clearly didn’t prepare well for this week of vacations and the like. Professionals would have had a few posts in the bag in recognition of the fact that this day would eventually come, but as you may or may not know by now, we’re a buncha’ amateurs.

Wait, is he talking about nihilists or the TND team?

Anywho, Evan and I are back from a few days in Boston with some of the fellas (including Grizz and Bomber), and Hen will be back soon from his travels — so we should be back on some kind of regular rhythm (whatever that means) soon enough.

And speaking of the trip to/from Boston, I shut my eyes but didn’t lose consh on the way up — but in the car on the way back, after an excellent North Shore Beef from Atha’s in Peabody and a Diet Coke (clearly I’m watching my figure — plus, as previously discussed, pre-nap caffeine is a napping cheat code), I managed to log an untimed 30 with full loss of consh. Woke up feeling amazing and re-energized for my day and life, reminding me of the beauty of napping and why we here at TND do what we do.
